I'm fairly sure if he phoned the club he would have been given exactly the same response! I can only assume he would have then given both barrels to the person on the other end!

He tried calling but got an answer phone message saying they were closed, which led him to ask on here if the club shop was open

Jesus, are you lot still harping on about this? The website implied they were open in the afternoon, the answer phone message said they were closed, however there was a reasonable likelihood that they had just not switched the answer phone off. I still think it beggars belief that they weren't open the Saturday after a shirt launch!

I went in the shop last week in the hope to buy my 6 year old the new away shirt in time for our holiday (29/7) - they don't produce it for that age group.
So I was going to buy the home shirt. Now I can't do that!

I never realised that Nike was so tinpot!!

Somehow NTFC is not enjoying priority status with NIKE. Disappointing for many and a loss of income at the Open Day. Dare I say, but symptomatic of this close season.

Very disappointing that the new Kit won't be available to buy today. It won't come close to my disappointment however if the kit turns out to be one of their off the shelf kits a la Portugal Euro kit. A claret body with slightly darker/lighter sleeves !!!!

A standard Nike template. Exactly the same as Posh, except for colour. I quite like it though and its claret and white.
