What the hell set him off at the end? He was going nuts, pushed Wilder out of the way and then had to be manhandled back onto the pitch to prevent him storming off down the tunnel before coming over to the fans.
I was on the other side so didn't get the best view but it looked to me like he had a blooded nose.

A brilliant atmosphere and a tremendous way to end the season. We fully deserved our win. I thought Rose had a fantastic game in the middle. Roll on next season.

You'd be struggling even if there wasn't any traffic leaving at that time...
Plenty of time.....parked up near the ground by 2,15pm!! Great day, great atmosphere, hit in the head so many times by all manner of inflatables.......bring on League 1!!

Bloody good fun that was. Great atmosphere and a fitting end to an incredible season.
They were bloody dirty and not very good. We looked a class above throughout.

Tried too hard I felt, but still very busy, the focal point of many attacks and brought down cynically numerous times.
and I might add had at least two or three players onto him every time - instigated several counter attacks. Overall did ok Corno brief summary is to the point and well made.

I think he had a scuffle with one of their players just after the FT whistle went. He clearly had blood around his nose during the celebrations.

I think he was either punched or elbowed by Roberts?....his nose was bleeding and he was telling the ref who seemed more interested in trying to sort out his spray can for our free kick! Don't know if there was history between Roberts & Holmes when at Pompey together...never seen our Ricky so upset though, went proper Ketsbaia at the final whistle!

That Roberts is a half decent player, complete bell though.

If he has elbowed or head butted Holmes you'd like to think he would be banned retrospectively as in the instances of Ali and huth recently. If it has been captured on video he should be in big trouble.

I'm glad Holmes was calmed down enough to join in with the celebrations.
Can't describe how much I enjoyed that today, what a season, too many awesome away games to pick a top one.

Didn't hear that one due to us drowning out their "famous" atmosphere for pretty much the whole game.

Maybe it was the elbow to the face that caused the blood to stream down his face?

Great away day yesterday, then again just about everyone this season has been! Went down by train, quite a few beers, lots of singing and an all round cracking atmosphere. Outside the pub before the game (Shepard's Crook I think it was called) was great fun Got talking to some Pompey fans on the train on the way back, nice chaps they were to. They were pretty miffed at Cook resting players and giving them the home tie for the play offs first. They were not very complimentary about our Ricky either! They also didn't appear to fancy their chances of joining us next season.

Some Pompey yoof were on our train from Fratton and one of them sneeringly said "How come you won the league then ?".
My mate looked at him with a completely straight face and said "Because we got more points than every other team". Priceless.

A great day out yesterday, apparently they sang 'play up' a few times, i never heard it once as they were continually drowned out by our magnificent support following our magnificent club. Well done all

Witnessed a moment of pure magic yesterday, I hope someone involved is reading. Some Cobblers lads walking past a row of flats with a giant beach ball after the game. They were attempting to launch it to some old boys on the top of 3 flats, standing on the balcony. They missed and landed it in the balcony below. Cool as you like, an old dear caught it, diappearing into the flat and immediately shutting the door. They stood there bemused, whilst some passing copper said "If you'd been practising you wouldn't have c*cked it up." It was the perfect end to a great day.
