Didn't he used to own that petrol station on the corner of Euston Road and Towcester Road?

It really doesn't show us in a good light but then it isn't really representative of what you see at games either; It is...

No technical issues here but I do wish we didn't have to sit through footage of fat fans walking down the Sixfields steps before every home game. Now that's what I call padding.

After years of boredom, despair, resignation and misery, this is unbound joy.

It's an editorial style that no-one seem to break from. Whenever there's a feature on a particualr game, the same happens. As if the directors dare not do anything different. There's also the shots of the coach pulling up and the players purposely dis-mounting and heading to the changing rooms. For the pompeye away match last season it would have been great to have filmed that pub where both sets of fans were singing. Some of the blogs I've seen from last season have been pretty good and a bit different.

Presumably most of it is "lifted" from the regular recordings which are paid for by the TV companies for their "highlights" (often done by local journalists) etc., so it's inevitable that all the usual gumph will accompany the match coverage.

Is it still Gary Mabee? Have to say I have a few of his earliest efforts on video, they are super nostlagic. We even had one of his chaps film a league game at Pattishall in the early 90s. Still got it on video somewhere. I looked a decent player at left back if I remember, have to dig it out sometime.
