Cheers Wolvo, but I think we'll have him as a newsworthy antic rather than a new category.
Goals today from Billy McKay, Ricky Holmes, Steve Morison, Simon Cox, James Collins and John Marquis.  Penalty missed by Billy.  Managerial victories for Chris Wilder and Paul Tisdale.  Premier League appearances from Saido and Kyle Walker.

Thanks Semi, I think we crossed in cyberspace.

Marquis is on 18 goals btw.

Has scored in each of his last 5 games (7 goals in total), and seems to have curbed his temperament. He got 7 yellow cards early on in the season but has been "cardless" in the last 10 games.

Obviously he wasn't good enough for us!! But its a bit galling to see him and Collins (2 players who we ended the season with last season) having scored 34 goals between them this season.

Collins (IMO) is definitely not a L1 striker.

Marquis is likely to be good enough for L1 though.

In my opinion, I think Collins and Marquis would have scored more goals than either Richards or Revell have this season.

As I've stated numerous times. Very sad to see Marquis leave us. Was a very useful striker for us in every loan spell.

I don't think Collins would have done any worse than Revell and Richards....fact is if you stick them in a league 1 side then they're a league 1 striker, so I see where you're coming from!
He scored 18 goals in the 2013/14 season for Swindon when they were in League 1 and goals for Shrewsbury in League one last season before joining us on loan.......and he's still only 26.

Revell has a goal average of 0.19 over his career 87 league goals in 452 league appearances......1 in 5, Collins is nearer 1 in 3 with his 91 in 281.
Rico has 164 in 504 league appearances, with an almost identical goals to games ratio as Collins. Marquis with 166 games and 44 goals comes in at around 1 in 4 and he's only 24 years old.

So on paper....Richards and Collins are your most prolific partnership. Marquis and Collins are your young guns, Rico and Revell your golden oldies!!
