A face saving exercise by Iran, when your target is able to track your drones and missiles as they’re being launched, and have the capability to destroy them en mass then you’re p1ssing in the wind! What the Iranians and others will be very conscious of is that Israel is a nuclear power! A whole different ball game!

I was taught at school that it would be the middle east where the worlds future destiny would be decided. Not Russia, not America, not China, they all realise that it would be mutual destruction. However Israel would definitely press the self destruction button given no other choice and their opponents in the Arab world believe paradise awaits at the end of the road so with that "prize" in sight it's little wonder that's the source of most suicide missions.
Note: I'm old, I don't think my current affairs teacher had even considered North Korea.

Having lived in the Middle East and having Arab friends I know that there is virtually no antisemitic feeling, but there is a huge anti-Israel feeling. They see Israel as an invader enabled and supported by the West. However it must be recognised that the majority of Arab countries see Iran and Shia Islam as a huge problem in the region mainly due to Iran's stealth invasions of countries like Bahrain where they move in en masse and take over large areas of the country. I can't see the Arab nations joining on the side of Iran unless an Arab country is directly targeted by Israel.
