From what I can glean from a quick scan of the facebook q&a, there are still legal wranglings over the east stand but the plan is to eventually continue with the existing structure rather than knock it all down and start again, it sounds like Kt is keen on joining the corners to the existing stands to create a bowl effect and he said that there are funds in place for page to strengthen in January should he see fit

The most interesting thing for me was the comment that the legal situation wasn't as advertised regarding the east stand when he bought the club. By that I assume that the liquidators of CDNL may possibly still own some of the east stand or something.

David Caddan posts on here usually banging on about the development. He also didn't ask any questions direct to kelvin so I presume he will carry on changing most threads into another redevelopment thread. Glen also posts on here but I'm not going to name who they are one you could probably figure out

He was asked if he takes any notice of comments on message boards or social media. His response: Not really. Sometimes get sent links but take most comments with a pinch of salt. So BedsCobb if you have a question or wish to raise your points again contact kelvin direct he isn't reading every post on here so you're wasting your time and boring us in the process.

Yes David Cadden does seem to have a complex over the redevelopment/not contacting the chairman directly, however would it be better just to ignore him rather than indulging in what's basically playground bullying?

Basically a lot of people were taking the piss out of them when they asked questions and tagging them into their questions which means that they would be notified that someone has mentioned their name in a comment. They were mentioned a lot, for example someone would say kelvin if you want any help with how to finance the stadium expansion then ask David Cadden as he's an expert in the field.

But with Kelvins track record at seeking investements and redevelopment of football clubs and stadia from Oxford to Torquay he surly doesn't need advise . he's got it all in in hand.

I bet the Torquay fans are gutted they aren't in a shiny 20k ground, would ease the stress of being in the lower reaches of the conference.

wanting our club to finally progress and grow after 50 years of being pooly managed and neglected is showing negativity in what way? In fact I'm positively looking forward to seeing the current chairman's future plans so we can take full advantage of the current teams good form and healthy gates.

We are growing and progressing at the minute though. No we don't have a massive away stand but it is adequate most of the time so how financially viable is it to expand? We have the seats back In the east which have barely been used in full. The rest of the stand is being dealt with - admittedly slowly but I have every confidence this means we will make the best of the bad situation. Our home attendances are rising, but rising at a steady rate, we aren't losing money by turning fans away, it also sounds like there are plans in the pipeline to rectify this if and when we need to.
So why so negative? We are on the up let's enjoy that and build our club up sensibly.
