Just wondered if any are going to this game next Tuesday (8th Nov) and if so will the crowd get over 1000.

Is it West Ham Under 21 or is it Under 23's, who knows - different people say different things.

Also, will West Ham play any 1st team players coming back from injury or needing some match practice? Apparently the rules do allow this - West Brom played Jonas Olsson against Luton in the last set of games.

I've decided to go, along with my youngest son although my oldest son said he wasn't at all interested (Don't know why). When I purchased my ticket last week I asked how many tickets had been sold and the reply was "about 100".

Could be a record breaking crowd I fear.

No. Never mind buying a ticket, I wouldn't go if someone drove me there and paid me to go in.

Just hope we avoid any stupid injuries having to play it...

Well! He asked, so I replied. If not going to a meaningless non game is cherry picking then guilty.

It depends on how much that "someone" was paying me. If I could retire on it I'd be there like a shot. Considering that's pretty unlikely though I won't be there.

The only way I would go is if the above became a reality and Evers was the sponge and bucket man. That would be worth watching. Smiley

My Mrs approached my west ham season ticket holding friend about buying this as part of a Birthday present for myself. He said "Neither me or him would be seen dead at that game, don't be a c***". That Sums it up from both sides really.

Hopefully both clubs have had a chat and said screw the rules, lets use it as a friendly and play who we want to and accept the fine.
We have enough players who could use some game time and let West Ham do the same.

Would like to see a message sent to the league by just tapping the ball round the centre circle for 90 mins but thats not fair on the ones who do attend
