Its not that "eco friendly", if you build it in the @rse end of nowhere, and everybody has to drive to get there.
A bit like Colchester really.

No mention of it being reclaimed wood either so they'll have to cut down a small corner of a forest somewhere to build it!!

I am fairly sure that the vast majority of building materials would come from a sustainable and properly managed source.
