Random question and one for the geeks out there...

Sabin, Cozic, Oné and now Laurent... any other French player during our history?

Was Carlo Corazzin a French Canadian? Most likely not, he always seemed so nice...

Eric used to glide like silk across the ground, before tumbling down. Had that one memorable purple patch of goals that pushed us into the Play-Offs. Cozic was a complete nutcase who I was actually disappointed we let go, always like a bit of bite in the middle.

Armand One? Only a loan if I recall.

His full name is Giancarlo Michele Corazzin. You should be able to get his parents' nationality from that. Wink

Or alternatively, "There's only one Franky Lawrence"

I'm a big fan of the 'Only one Frankie Lawrence' song. Brings back fond memories of Monsieur Belfon.

Oooh Ahhh Frank Laurent
Oooh Ahhhh Frank Laurent
Oooh Ah, Oooh Ahhh
Frank Laurent
Oooh Ahh Frank Laurent   (To the French National anthem)

Actually scans better than the Cantona version because the "Marchons" part in "la Marseillaise" rhymes with Laurent
