When you compare them with some of the sides they come up against with their history and presumably greater support/financial clout they've performed well above their natural level for years. Best of luck to them next season.

The fact that none of our academy players have made their way to Brackley when they've been in NLN makes me think that they're nowhere near good enough to go there for a spell in the National League. |

An interesting stat;
Jonny Maxted played 45 times in the season just ended. In those games Brackley won 32 times, lost 8 and drew 5.
Their only other goalkeeper to appear, Joe Young, played 3 times - Brackley winning one of them and losing the other two.
He conceded less than a goal a game.
Something of a revival that.

Maxted has been excellent, almost every game on the occasions I have seen at Brackley over the course of the season.
