Not only a member of that great side but a great servant to the club, who was treated badly in the end, but still continued to perform as a player when ousted from the manager's job. Forget James Milner, Chardy was the most versatile player I have ever seen RB LB CH CM RM LM CF at least 7/10 every game?
Great to see him looking so well. Anybody find out what he's up to?

Chardy got presented with an award for playing in every shirt number from 2-12. That can't have happened often?

I think Phil Neal might have done that as well. He also played in goal for part of a match.

I reckon John Gregory probably did something similar, though over his whole career rather than playing for us. He definitely played in defence, midfield and up front at different times.
