A good player many years ago for other clubs sadly winding down now and in all honesty shouldn't really be in the team for what he contributes them again nor should most of the others.

Am I missing something here? Beautyman didn't do what he was asked to do today and what they'd spent the week doing in training. Ship him out...ideally on a slow boat to China.
Well it depends when Hoskins got injured? (Im sure you can tell us...) If it was Friday, then he only had less than a day, not that its an excuse, he was playing in his 'favoured' position. |

Under whoever!! Every set piece is a Taylor shot or a Taylor cross!! Can you see us "doing a Luton" again any time soon (Well worked and rehearsed set-piece routine) |

Some of Taylor's free kicks have been quality but you just know if it's In the attacking half he's shooting

My comment after the Sc unthorpe game. And it still stands. IMO. He contributes very little in the middle of the park.
He only steps forward when there is a free kick to be taken. |

That's all well and good but we have little/no creativity elsewhere on the pitch I don't see how we can drop him...However playing him at the back of a diamond formation is just asking for trouble. |

I said this on the 22ND December. It isn't. At all.
Taylor offers absolutely bugger all in games and if his set pieces aren't decent, which they very often are not, then we are playing with 10 men while he is on the pitch.
Opinion hasn't changed. He's well past his best. |

I agree with you; cannot understand JE's diamond formation yesterday. Which saw two players out of position namely JJOT and Taylor; possibly Boateng too. Taylor had a poor overalll game tho". |

Perhaps we should get players that are suited to playing 3-5-2, It has worked very well for us in the past, flood the midfield, then yo9u stop a lot of attacks before they get into our box. At the moment, sides are getting into our box far too much.

I would imagine it will be to one of the big hitters - Luton or Mansfield possibly as I can't see many others being able to afford his wages. |
