Forget safe standing as far as im concerned, the Trust do seem to want to push this idea, not sure why.
The Club dont seem to  want a terrace and the Trust dont have the fight to include in the survey. Im sure a lot more would want a terrace over safe standing, but the question wasnt included. t
One slight mistake in the survey though,
out of 140 people in the survey who were not members or season ticket holders, 147 out of 243 of those who are not members or season tickets said they would buy a season ticket.  Grin

Not true. Rail seats can in theory fit 1.8 standing to 1 seated person, possibly more with other technologies going forward.

So if they converted the North Stand they'd be able to squeeze just over 1700 people into there. Whoopy doo! As someone else said, if it happens it should be done as part of a new build, rather than making adjustments to what we already have.
Personally I think it'd be a backwards step, but hey, 70% of 500 fans want it, right?

51.9% of 33,551,983 voted Leave and apparently that is the will of the nation.

Britain will need a will because it will be dead. Ask Scotland.

Quite a lot of people standing for large parts of the game today......in a massive queue for refreshments. We need to redevelop the corners desperately!

Anybody can manipulate figures to suit their own agenda, but the decision has been taken. I am just grateful that we live in a country, where we can vote on our future. I work in South London, and got really pissed off with the amount of people campaigning, in the railway stations, for another election, because they didnt like the result of the first one.
This is a democracy, not a third world, tinpot, junta.

Will it be fair when Scotland break up Britain? You and I know both it's coming. The north of Ireland will probably join them. I would hope you will agree that they have every right to rid themselves of Britain just like Britain can rid it's self of Europe.

well, jolly cobbler mockingly said "70% of 500 want it" and I replied that 52% wanted to leave.
Now, here's the bit I left the reader to work out for themselves: 52% is massively less than 70% but we're being told that because 52% voted a particular way in this opinion poll then that it is the will of the entire nation and that we're all behind Theresa May and her hard brexit plans. If that's the case then it really, really must be true if 70% of this opinion poll voted in favour of standing

wow you still didn't get it. It wasn't about Brexit. It could have been any other poll with a narrow winning margin compared to another poll with a massive winning margin.

Ps maybe I should put my figures on the side of a bus? You might understand them then?

Why would figures on the side of a bus, influence my opinion? You are making yourself look foolish.

An awful lot of manipulation is being administered to divide us as a nation, continent and globe because it is in the interest of those who will make the money out of an impending volatile situation.Lots already has. Just think about what probably lies ahead and less about flags.
