Agreed must win or I fear the worst.

It isn't ; even if we lose it's not all over. I suspect Sat may well be a draw. Other than that cheer up.

Terrible results for us tonight. I've a bad feeling about Satdee now. Rotherham can't lose 3 games in a week against teams in the bottom 5 surely??

Leave the doom and gloom for if we fail to win any of the next three - then I'll be worried.

Fleetwood away is a big one. 3/4 points from the two games before that would be ideal.

You ask a question then you answer it yourself. That just about sums you up. You'll get your answer at the end of the season with the final league table. I'm sure you'll rub it in if you're correct but keep very quiet if your wrong.
So you think we are good enough do you ?
Tell me what makes you think that .
We have under performed all season and it’s been nothing but a total failure .

Don’t really see how they are good results for us!!

Bury I’d written off already, Dale got another point and didn’t lose. 6 behind us with 3 games in hand. Dons id almost written off but they surprise with a win to close to 4 behind us. Blackpool move on up to 45 points.

The only good things for me are that Rotherham played tonight so we should be fresher, and they lost again, two defeats to bottom 3 teams....and now they face us!!

GPC that's a bit fanciful! So the relegation battle gets a wee bit hotter. As for Bury most of the Internet pundits incl Skybet thought that they might escape relegation. MK had to win a game sometime! The same pundits have Dale down to escape relegation! Its all in our hands!

Bury now 1/33 with Skybet to be relegated. They are down after tonight, anybody finishing below them will be too.

MK Dons still fancied at 1/6 for relegation, I think that's about right. I will be surprised if they survive.

We're then third favourites at 10/11 so less than a 50% chance we will survive according the Bookies, slightly surprised by this as we are still above the drop zone (for now)

Fleetwood 11/10 which considering their poor form I find surprising, I still think we will finish ahead of them.

Rochdale are the team to worry about, Sky Bet have them at 6/5 for relegation. Not a good result for them tonight though and a congested fixture schedule, think I'd rather be in our position with points on the board.

Then AFC Wimbledon at 10/3, Oxford 7/2, Oldham 4/1, Walsall 9/2 and Doncaster 12/1 the other realistic candidates. Oxford are the most likely of them to be sucked into it I think, terrible form for a very long time now and their managerial appointment is massive. Hopefully they "do a Milton Keynes" and pull an inexperienced youngster out of the hat for their relegation battle.

I still fancy our chances of staying up... just. But it's gonna be tight. Rochdale, MK and Fleetwood I'm fairly confident will go down with us, Rochdale and Oxford battling to avoid being the final victims. Fleetwood away is massive though, can't afford to lose that at all.

We are still not fit enough to compete strongly for 90 minutes - we need to physically be strong for a whole game and in that respect most sides have out-muscled us.

If the players are not fit that is an absolute disgrace. However, to my eye we have adopted a deliberate tactic of defending deep in the last 20 minutes of most matches to hold on to a point, e.g. Oxford, Sc***horpe, Bristol Rovers. It looks desperate when you have so many players behind the ball and it often is because at this level chances always come. The risk is that conceding late.  In the games I use as an example we got a total of 3 points out of nine. Small wonder we are in relegation trouble.

The quality is also missing imo in certain areas of the pitch we remain 2nd best too often

Add in the totally inept managerial tactics and you have the perfect recipe for relegation, the bookies are rarely wrong!

If you take into account the bookie's cut and betting tax you'll be pleased to know they consider us marginally more likely to stay up.

I still think the 4 to go down will be Bury, Franchise, Fleetwood and Oxford. Poxalona were awful when we played them and if we had scored in the 1st half we would have stuck 5 or 6 past them as players heads wouldn't have gone down 2nd half. I think we will stay up.

Rochdale with 2 games against other relegation rivals will be interesting. At least teams will drop points, but I'd definitely take 2 draws there...
Happy for Bury to beat MK and will be cheering on the Posh.

There's now a huge and significant difference between us winning and results going our way, and us losing and results going against us.

No point saying anymore. I'll wait and see what happens in the next few weeks. All I will say is Boot and Shoe must be a bundle of fun to sit next to at games with his constant whining.

Maybe we are just a bit more realistic than most. The truth hurts sometimes nevers.

But it's fine you keep sticking your head firmly in the sand with your claret tinted specs on!
