Sounds like we are just waiting for Crooks to make his decision.

Can't see any reason for him not wanting to come. As big a club as Rangers are it seems like he's not wanted there anymore, and hopefully the club have sold themselves as a soon to be Championship club who are really going places to get him here.

The biggest reason is that I think he favours a move to Sc***horpe, but Sc***horpe can't seem to match Rangers valuation that Rangers have set. Hopefully it's true that we're set to sit down and talk to him this weekend, that would be a very good signing.

I agree. I guess the only niggling thing is if he is holding out for Sc***horpe to agree a fee.

Most glaswigians don't like Edinburgh , that could be a factor.

Bit conflicted about all this Crooks business. Always been impressed when I've seen him play but it seems to be very likely that he wants to play for Scunny after being there last season. Still, I guess we won't care if he comes here settles well and puts the performances in.
It will be horrible if he doesn't sign, Scunny will be crowing about how he was offered more elsewhere but signed for them etc...

He doesn't want to play for us though does he?? I can't see the massive attraction with Sc***horpe myself. They are a team losing decent loan players(crooks,Toney etc) and we are a club building our strongest squad for a generation. If he wants to play elsewhere that's up to him. One things for sure whether crooks is part of it or not we are a club on the up.

Shoey is right, his choice if he wants to be part of what we are building or not. There are other good players out there!

Some on Twitter suggested that Kevlin had been fairly transparent this week. Said that basically its all down to Crooks now, also said two keepers been lined up, one of which will join. Then just leaves the CB and the striker.

Not sure why he'd be holding out for Sc***horpe over us. I know he had a loan spell there but surely we are now a more attractive proposition for an ambitious young footballer?

Jeremy Casey pretty much confirmed we're not in for a striker, more likely an attacking mid or winger.

Sc***horpe won't be signing him unless they have a bid accepted though will they?

I thought we was just after a goalkeeper, attacking midfielder, and a center back.

You don't know what he wants to do, stop making assumptions. I would very much like him to join us and this is the message we should be sending to him.
