But even then, he was tactically aware and knew where the problems lied, hence his January signings... Also the football was never anything like the utter dross we've endured under JE and CW had interaction with the fan base & admitted when he was wrong.. So fvck all like JE! completely agree. I never wanted Wilder sacked, even during that spell because of all the points that you make. I could see what he was trying to do, we were doing the right things on the pitch but it wasn't quite clicking due to lack of the right personnel. results don't always tell the whole story.

Well that's a positive...we didn't play today and managed not to slip down the table any further! 😁 In fact, we've played the top 3 and 8th...so things can only get easier!

I was impressed with both Peterborough and Fleetwood and thought they were better than just about every opposition team from last season, except perhaps Sheffield Utd. I'd be surprised if both aren't in the top 6 come May. The performance against Fleetwood showed promise and bar a poorly timed substitution from JED and the 'triple-miss' in the first half, the result could have easily gone the other way. There#s no doubt the performance against Peterborough was poor but I think it shouldn't be overlooked that Peterborough were much improved from last season and will likely seriously challenge for promotion this time. Getting the managerial appointment right could be the difference between finishing in the top half and getting relegated, so hopefully it's a good choice!

Well what to say, Not yet 5 games in and you have not won a game, hardly scored, and changed your manager. I think this will be a positive move for the team and hopefully Hasselbaink will get the best out of your squad. Still IMO one of the potentially best in League One. Why Edinburgh insisted on playing people out of position is still hard to comprehend Have a listen to our latest podcast here http://d3d4football.com/d3d4-football-podcast-episode-8-week-5-review/Thanks for the support, James D3D4 Football

Hey, mods, any chance we can sticky this thread? Seems there is a new link, and therefore a new topic created each week, i think it would be better to keep it in a single thread.
Is anyone else on here listening to the podcast? I have subscribed and and i am quite enjoying it. lower leagues never get this coverage in the national TV/Radio space, so i have found it quite refreshing.

This appears to be quite a popular listen? Although I haven't yet! I have put the D3D4 threads all together under a single heading if the podcasters can keep adding to this, it will/should remain on the front page anyway.

Thanks deepcut, hopefully the d3d4 account will realise next week and simply add to the existing thread. I guess they are logging on to many fan forums every week and posting the links to drum up listeners.

Hi all, please check out the latest podcast from D3D4 here http://d3d4football.com/d3d4-football-podcast-episode-11-week-9-review/I was wondering if you could help me. I am going to be doing the League One 10 game review podcast next week even though it is after 11 games and would like your opinions: Who has been your best player thus far? Who has been your most surprising player? How have you done against your expectation? Thanks in advance for the help James

Thanks for that, maybe some of his doubters on here need to read it. If the ball is played into the right areas Rico WILL score.

Don't make yourself look stupid, Beds. Rico has been an outstanding professional for us and the other clubs he has represented over a long career. A fine striker and a role model for the youngsters. We should be proud of him.

You never even go to any games boring beds so how can you comment on anything, plus thought you you only bored people about stadium expansion. You are what you've always been, a cretin.
