I apologise if I was to harsh with JED. As others have I think it's fair to say that I was. I will give him 10 games or so before I make anymore comments about nim.

unfortunately if justin edinburgh cant get in some central defenders soon then we will be starting the season with just one centre back. i think we should maybe get brendan moloney in a bit earlier and give him some central defensive coaching just incase so we have at least two centre backs. Then once he is fully up to speed have him teach the next tallest player (alex revell) to be a centre back. then you can have 3 centre backs allowing justin to be able to play leo barnet a bit higher up the pitch to help distribute the ball at the earliest opportunity.

if justin does this i expect him to survive the season, if not then im afraid its good by justin at xmas.

Are you having a laugh? Or are you just pissed?

How long is it until the season starts?

Let's just say he has 7 weeks to make some signings. Obviously, the sooner the better, but plenty of time in any case.

He did indeed. But I'm sure JED has it all under control.

if you can tell me who we have in the first game of the season then i will accept you might perhaps have a point. if you can show me a picture of the squad doing pre season training and can only see one centre back then i will remove the perhaps from the above sentence

If Justin does this I expect us to be relegated by Christmas!

It would be good to have all new players in now but the ideal latest date has to be July 9th when they all fly off to Spain together.
The next date is 5th August when the season starts
Then 31st August when the window opens.

I would be very surprised given the apparent availability of centre backs if none come in. The only problem is signing the players he wants as opposed to those players who are very much second choice. I see that Adam Smith is still without a club; there appears to be surplus of decent goalies around to.

And I was all for it, however when it actually came to pass, (Torquay away?) it was a bloody disaster.

Give the man a chance, his recruitment so far has been spot on.
How do you know until they've played. They could be garbage.
