Not door to door though, because as mentioned before they play out of town now.
Right, and there's also a journey to Northampton station to start of course. I was asking because I thought Northampton to Shrewsbury would be a bit of a x country route, only ever really travelling between Euston and Rugby by train.

What has age got to do with it Well work it out, taking into account the position required , experience plus just recovered from a broken ankle. Number 10 is a bit of a specialised position too!

This will be a tough game, Shrewsbury have been looking good in pre season.

Let's be honest, absolutely anything could happen - we could click into gear or could get turned over, that is the cobblers way after all. Got to bear in mind that we've got a decent record up there but also that if pre season predictions are accurate they look likely to be around the bottom at the end of the season so we could do with taking something from the match especially with a tough couple of months fixture wise coming up.

Payday tomorrow buy ticket tomorrow, pick up from Greenhaus on Saturday... Another train tip for travelling to Shrewsbury on Saturday, change at Birmingham International instead of New Street. Arriva Trains Wales now run to and from International. At New Street their trains fill up. Joining at International will guarantee a seat on what will be very busy trains at this time of year.

Nope, I'll be getting to a lot less away games this season with a new little one to spend time with over the weekends. As I'll be picking and choosing which games I go to, I don't think Shrewsbury is up there amongst the most attractive fixtures of the year!
