Id prefer Alastair Slowe at RB.

Too slow and timing of tackles is poor.

Looks better like that than the way Swindon fans are thinking about it! They reckon they swapped Kasim for Matty and have come out of it pretty well!
Time will tell on that one .
One can only kick a non moving ball and can't run , the other can run all day but flunks everything off the tee .
I would say there is a massive wage difference though !

Most people (95%?) wouldn't give a monkeys about the wage difference.....its about what the fan sees out on the pitch that counts. Besides, as someone pointed out, unless it was a mutual amicable contract ending why would Taylor leave and play for less money than he was on here? Chances are that we could be paying for Yasser and still paying a portion of Matty's wages too!

Always a possibility. But he would have been on between £20-40k a week for a huge chunk of his career. Maybe he literally just wants to play football?

Entirely likely - footballers simply want to play football.

I don't care either about wages , but my only point there is that the budget will have been freed up with Taylor going which is probably why we can afford Grimes .
Swindon may see it as Kasim for Taylor but we should see it as grimes for Taylor
