If it's him, or someone else, we as fans can judge them on their performance only with NTFC. Whilst past appointments and managerial jobs might provide a pointer that's all they do. Managers have differing degrees of success at different clubs dependant on a number of things.
Look how successful Johnson was before he came to us, how successful Adkins was at Scunny vs Southampton.
So many variables, so a clean slate as far as I'm concerned.
No chance, if JFH doesn't get 20 goals a season then i'm not happy. |

Welcome jimmy, don't know about 3 years though - it's almost like we haven't learnt from the last 2 appointments. It'll be interesting to see if he brings David oldfield in as coach from posh.
