Graham Carr will have shed loads of contacts. I wouldn't be against any of Hill, Ainsworth or Coleman so long as playing positive, entertaining football was part of their remit. Tisdale probably deserves a chance elsewhere too.

Think KT is right to be building support for the manager from below and from above in Carr. If you get a decent roster of coaches it will improve the football culture at the club as well as raising standards which has been our problem for too long. As I said earlier I'd be investing in a couple of intelligent, progressive young coaches with the aim of bringing them through to management eventually like what happens in Germany.

As long as he doesn't appoint Kerslake, that would be another disaster.

Knowledge and experience. His recent scouting history gives him good perspective. Not suggesting for one minute he should become manager because I doubt he'd want it - but he should be used in some role.

You need to do better than that.

He's not managed a team since Dagenham in 1996 and, spent a lot time as Newcastle scout looking for French players.

Absolute Cobblers legend for his work in the mid 80s but it's 2017 now, the notion is romantic but realistically it can't and won't happen.

Any notion of Graham being involved in the first team whatsoever is ridiculous.

I would do it if given the opportunity, I would sure as hell get a better tune out of this squad of players than JED is currently doing...

Think I must be a decent outside bet. Guided Pattishall Rangers to two cup finals in one season. Come from a minority group - look at the postive media for KT and the club in that one, and under threat of redundancy from my current job.
Clean driving licence etc etc.

He done well with AFC on a limited budget, the problem is this current manager has spunked the budget on central midfielders and crap keepers, therefore I honestly believe we need a very experienced manger to sort this mess out.

Someone who hasn't failed and been sacked before would be good.

Also they're going to need a fair budget to sign a more balanced squad with more than one winger and a proper defensive midfielder or two.

I'd go for Nigel Pearson if we're really willing to splash the cash

Hasselbaink as a second tier appointment.

Or I'd be happy for us to go with a promising young manager from non-league to be honest. What we shouldn't be going for, as so many have said, is somebody who has failed already at this level.

Hahaha Nigel Pearson. f***ing hell. He'd have been on about £20,000 at Derby, and even more at Leicester. £3k a week to manage us probably wouldn't appeal.
