He'll soon pop back out if/when we score again.

JE keeps popping out occasionally. 4-4-2.
An improvement of sorts but still far too much hoof ball. We look like a poor league 2 side. Like I said, a slight improvement. Rev took his chance well after a wonderful piece of miscontrol. We had a decent 5 minutes before they scored and finished the half quite well.
The days of Wilder seem like a generation away.

Playing well but still 1-1 with about an hour gone against Cambridge reserves, I doubt any league 1 team will send their reserve team out against us

What don't you understand?
"I doubt any League One club would send out their reserves against us" Why not???

Do you mean if in this competition? Or do you mean we won't get it any easier? In context, it appeared the former!

Looks like we might get a draw out of this one. Fantastic.

Flicking through some other games it seems the majority of teams are playing under strength teams - us however are pretty much full strength - this season is actually starting to be embarrassing

...from a goal down. Which means we've gone the whole of August without leading any game at any point, in nine hours of football in total.

We last came from behind to win a game in March 2016 v Stevenage away.

We have obtained a point in the time since but have yet to win.

Penalties in his competition remains one of the funniest things about it. Reckon even those that have attended just want to get home

The question is, if we manage to beat Cambridge's second string in a shootout after a turgid 1-1 draw, will we see the clueless one claiming this as some sort of victory? Will that be used in any way to justify him keeping his job past tomorrow morning?
