To you it may just be a pointless topic, personally, just trying to spread my own work, ready for when I start at the University of Northampton at the end of the month. If I can get together a small following then great, if you do not like what I write that is fine Smiley

Probably cause they can't be bothered to write anything themselves. One piece of advice to think about, don't be the same as everybody else. You don't always have to write it, but consider and think the opposite of what you want to write, it does't even have to be the truth. Or think about the Subjunctive or Hypothetical. Very good for someone young who hasn't learnt the craft at university yet.

Thank you Parklands Cobbler, always happy to hear constructive criticism, personally not a fan of writing about stories that may not be true as it could ruin credibility, but thanks for the tips and will make sure I put them in To my pieces in the future  Grin

I would's not say no to having Colin Calderwood back. We did rather well under him, He woud soon get us away from the relegation zoone.

Calderwood was prone to muddled thinking. I remember playing The Poo and Josh Low spent the first half in the full backs pocket. Every time he got the ball he was flattened. 5 minutes before half time the full back miss timed one and got booked. I said to my old man at half time that Lowey will cream him second half cause if the lad carries on he'll be off and will be playing with one leg tied behind his back. Second half what does Calderwood do, yep swap him to the other wing where he was rubbish anyway. Genius!

Calderwood was by far and away our best and successful manager prior to CW. JLow often had poor games! Basically a disappointment.

I'd agree with that. He just made really odd decisions at times. Still he brought in Ian Taylor so he probably earned the right on that basis alone.
