If I heard correctly earlier, Lee Burge is out for 4 to 5 weeks. If correct I'd play James Dadge in goal ahead of Max Thompson.

Burge could barely walk after the game, saw him leaving seats in Upper West.
So a month sounds about right.

Even though Burge has been out of form since coming back that’s a hammer blow.

Must be the most injury prone goalie we've ever had... Thankfully, we never extended his contract, so at least that's one we can release in the summer... I'd definitely play Dadge over Thompson moving forward...

I wouldn't - not that my opinion means a lot!

Brady and his injury updates is like standing on the platform waiting for the train. Just when you think it's due...delayed, 2 min...5 min...
That'll be the one!

Hylton was supposed to back in Nov was he not? He wasn't even mentioned again, he's clearly nowhere near ready to come back and save us. It's about time either Radio Northampton or the Chronic quizzed JB about the situation with DH. If you are there Tim or James how about it.

Hylton was supposed to back in Nov was he not? No, early December was the latest - about 3 months ago

Hylton was supposed to back in Nov was he not? If he survives a January cull, I doubt that we will see him in a Cobblers shirt again. Quite a salary thief.

Those of you calling for Dadge to be in goal...have you actually seen him play - just once?

Yes, it doesn't really tell us much. I wasn't expecting TM back before February anyway but was hoping to see Hylton this month so we can at last get some value out of him. However the phrase 'hopefully we will see him out there again soon' doesn't really tell us anything. I will have a guess at January. Thanks for asking James.

Yes, he played in most of the pre-season games. I know it's only pre-season but he looked assured, unlike Thompson in the Barrow game.

In fairness to Boot and Shoe, who deleted his account. He got the Guthrie injury correct, he said Guthrie would be out for at least 6 weeks and it turned out to be correct. JB confirmed he could have some minutes in the MK game a week on Tuesday.

Must have been the geezer that played half the game at Kiddy then!
