Your logic seems to be based on 'Cart before the Horse'. To take these opportunities , that is take a punt on a promising player we will need an owner who has sufficient funds to embark on these type of financial adventures. The current Board have supported and co operated with Jon Brady this season pretty well.  The simple answer is that for 90% of our history we have lacked that kind of owner(s,) so where we are lucky is that we have a Manager in JB who understands the prevailing monetary situation with the Club and by astute Management has gained a place in the top ten! This is very similar to the type of situation experienced by Dave Bowen back in the 60's. Furthermore it seems to me that possibly we might be on the cusp of a meteoric rise through the divisions as in the past. JB has proved to be an exceptional Manager, so if we give him the chance and with some patience we might well be in the Championship by season 26/27.

Do you even know what exceptional means?

How can he be exceptional when all but Page having the same task has done a marginally better job than Brady at this point?

I know you like to keep ignoring this but it is FACT!

Managers like Bowen and Wilder* are rare to come by! Whether we like it or not Jon Brady is the only recent Manager who can possibly follow in their* footstops!

We should stick with him, as at the moment he is our only hope of survival as a EFL Club!

Having said he didn't expect any of our injured players back until the end of February JB is now saying 1 may be back this week, perhaps it is Fox who was going to be back in 2 weeks 4-5 weeks ago.

How to say something, without saying anything. If you get my drift.

Hopefully he gets the injury that he's been 'carrying' sorted as well?

Sherring hasn’t trained all week either.

How’s it possible to come back from a lengthy time out to injure yourself in the warmup!? Didn’t even make it back onto the pitch  :afro

Hows it possible to recently have a 12 day break, and break another 3 players during that period? I have been told by people on here, that the management and coaching staff, know what theyre doing more than I do. I therefore shall just bumble along in my ignorance.

Wasn’t Sherring injured in the run in last season but put his body out there and wanted to play?

I wonder what’s happened.

Hoskins injury will probably be more like 4-6 weeks. Surely, now's the time to sort out the other "issue" he's been having an injection for before every game at the same time?

With nine out before the game, we had the luxury of one returning (McGowan) to only get injured again. Then we had our now normal injury during the game (Burge) and injury in the warm-up (Haynes).

Therefore, we now have ELEVEN injured.

Burge, Magloire, McGowan, Sowerby, Sherring, Hoskins, Hylton, Koiki, McWilliams, Odimayo and Haynes.

We'll have no players left soon  Roll Eyes

It’s weird nobody else seems to be having such a crisis for the second year in a row.

There must be something wrong somewhere, in the prep in the training, somewhere - there has to be a problem doesn't there?

There's some real damage when you look at losing that lot.
