He provides weekly updates, or do you want an update after each of the daily physio sessions?
As I live around 80 miles away and it’s possible I may have missed some key information maybe you could update me on the injury front.

What’s the weekly update on Hylton as I seem to have missed it?
Maybe he's got the sulks because he's not the main man up front and/or because he's not scored a single goal this season when everyone including himself probably thought he'd be one of the leading scorers. To rub salt in the wound Sammy Hoskins has 10 more than him

So you knowing about the injured players is more important than preventing oppositions managers knowing who he might have available for selection? Does your boss share your medical information with your customers?
I am not seeking detailed information on the player’s injury but looking at his stage of progress. In my post, I made reference to understanding that we did not want to give too much information to the opposition but, surely, if more players are available then it makes it more difficult for them to second guess who will be playing whereas atm the team almost picks itself. FYI: if my boss required my medical information he would need my consent first before requesting from the doctor

You've answered your own point

If the Fox "injury" was anything to go by, Maglorie will start at Swindon in that case

Yet another hamstring injury , this time to Magloire . It makes you wonder if it is something to do with training methods because we have had an inordinate amount of non contact injuries .

Both the Fox and Magloire injuries happened in games. Not sure either of those could be attributed to training methods?

Because it makes no difference if the injury occurs in a game or not. It could be do with conditioning / surfaces / warm up / back or core strength / sitting or lying position . Or it could be down to luck . It’s nothing to do with the game you are playing in and that’s my point .

Having watched Magloire go off walking apparently fairly comfortably and also having done a few hammies in my time, I wouldn't think he'll be out for (several) months like Brady seemed to imply, more like a few/several weeks. That is if he doesn't have an underlying problem which makes him more susceptible to the injury and more prone to a longer recovery. In which case we probably should not have signed him.

Absolutely. Unless my eyes were playing tricks on me I can see it being more than a 'strain'. My fear is he turns into another Fraser Hornby and has something much more fundamentally wrong going on. Misaligned pelvis putting additional strain on an already tight hamstrings for example.
