What four pieces of music, Albums or single tracks, would you take with you.
I appreciate this may have been done before (I don
t know) but I
m new and thought it would give an insight to the sanity, or otherwise of those on board.

I would take The Bends by Radiohead
The Best of Creedence Clearwater Revival
The Queen is Dead by The Smiths
(What's the story) Morning Glory?

Good thread!

I love so much different music that my top 4 would be constantly changing depending on my current mood. For now I would list these:

Manic Street Preachers - Generation Terrorists
Tool - Lateralus
A Perfect Circle - Thirteenth Step
Nine Inch Nails - The Fragile

Also The Beatles - The Best of The Beatles. (one for the AP fans out there)  Grin

What happened to the other 4 tracks? I don't think I could narrow it down to 4. I'll try the albums:

Sarah Records Compilation #100 - There and Back Again Lane
Aztec Camera - High Land, Hard Rain
Joni Mitchell - Blue
Michael Legrand -  The Young Girls Of Rochefort Soundtrack

Again it would change tomorrow I think.

"Rattus Norvegicus" by The Stranglers
"Thee Imaginary Boys" by The Cure
"Q: Are We Not Men? A: We Are Devo!" by Devo
"Brutalism" by Idles

The first 3 are the respective bands debut albums. The one by Idles was released this year.

I'd bring Springsteen's The River album, Led Zeppelin Two album, Billy Joel's Storm Front album, and Enya's greatest hits collection.
