Shay Facey has played 6 games in his entire career, we really don't need any more unproven kids

Why because they window has been open for two days and no one has signed yet
No the main reason being that I find it inconceivable that new owners complete a takeover and make no utterings at any time since.
This despite the fact their investment is in freefall.
Don’t you find that strange.
What’s your take on it?

Let's not forget that the club displayed uncharacteristic vision and ambition with Sam Hoskins signing on for another 2 1/2 years. Plenty of relegation saving goals there.

Apparently Ched Evand is also avaliable from sheff u, how would people feel.if we went in for him? Would be controversial, but could potentially score the goals to keep us up?

Personally I would have had a problem if we signed him having been convicted. From that perspective it would be unfair to object now the conviction has been quashed, whatever my opinion of his actions. However I’m not sure if he’s good enough to make an impact.

For £500,000 it was a very odd signing by Wilder

He did indeed and some of those games were live on Sky and he played ok. New York City are managed by Patrick Viera and have David Villa playing for them. They are a damn site better than any league one team.

I can actually see where your coming from to be honest. Also KT has been extremely quiet over the last few months. It would be interesting to know what JFH was talking about when he said there were still some issues that needed to be sorted

Ched Evans, James Hanson and James Vaughan have all been made available already from the Championship. Hopefully KT was telling the truth when he said funds are available... a lot of us are hoping this will save our season.

I'm feeling optimistic.

We are owned by a Chinese Emporium that specialise in sports signatures and also our away kit is Man City's third kit.

I don't know about big money signings, but it seems pretty certain now that we're getting Jack Bridge from Southend with the Dean Austin connection (albeit after Sat). Can only assume he is seen as a winger, as surely the one thing we don't need is a central midfielder.

Any rumours on anyone leaving ?
If the likely candidates are Kasim , Bowditch , Revell , Hanley , Lobjoit , Coddington ,Rico , McGugan - I can’t see anyone taking a risk on any player except possibly Revell .
McGugan could go to a higher placed club now that we have paid for him to get fit .
The rest are just not good enough and most will be on good money ( coddington I reserve judgement on because I have never seen him play ).
You could probably add Waters to the above list .
