i dont recommend any player searches online for comments about themselves.

Well I hope Cornell doesn't read them or his mother for that matter.

I’d heard a rumour we were looking at a couple of VA players.
Can’t remember who but from memory one sounded like fandabbydozy if that’s of any help!!
I was only half listening

Dabo current deal runs until the summer of 2018 so its entirely possible he could be of interest.

Another rumour was that we had expressed an interest in a Dutch centre forward now playing for Al Shabab(Riyadh).

PS Ruud Boymans

Another rumour was that we had expressed an interest in a Dutch centre forward now playing in Dubai.

That was the excellently named ruud boymans but I seem to recall that he would be available as an out of contract player so I wouldn't have thought we'd need to wait until January if we were after him. Someone also mentioned Nasser el khayati who JFH has signed twice before and he is a forward/winger so fits the bill - unfortunately it looks like he's doing well for ADO Den Haag in the eredivisie so it would be incredibly unlikely.

You'd hope he would be mam enough to take criticism, especially when it's warrented

Criticism is one thing but abuse is another. In any case Cobblers150 has apologised for his comments; unusual on here so must be a gent!

One of the funniest things about Saturday is watching their 4ft striker trying to stop the fight at the end on the highlights . ......

Cornell is one of the worst keepers I've seen. Absolute disastrous if Ingram is out for the next 6 weeks.

So who do you suggest in Ingram's place should he not be available?

That's not the point he's making is it? If he'd said "Cornell is one of the worst keepers I've seen and should not play for the club again" then you have a valid question to ask.

That's a better answer to the 'traffic cone' reply I had in mind.

Suggest you read Wolvo's post again. Firstly he did not ask a question he just made statement a banal one at that. So I used my initiative and responded by asking W who he would play in lieu of Cornell. He clearly thinks that Cornell is ng - fair enough. So we have a choice of 2 goalies - is it not too much ask who would you play. Even Glastonbury who is not the brightest spark on here came up with a suggestion. If all this this too much for you just drift on.

Did our second take a deflection, or did their keeper not do very well?
It was more their keeper not doing very well! I don't think there was any deflection. If that had been our goalie..............................

I was right behind it, swerved all over the place, started off towards the near post, then swerved towards the back post.
