This is a really exciting signing .
He is either going to be a world beater or absolutely rubbish and a total liability !
I hope he’s fit and goes straight in to the side !

Should get the crowd going if nothing else. If he sparkles it might inspire a few other players to wake their ideas up.

I can't remember signing a player with better reviews from previous fans.

Some great wise cracks - we could do with somebody like Garibaldi on here. Always good to read these type of threads ; laugh a minute with these guys.

Efon Elad esq - That'll do me!

Still remember that goal at County Ground after about 8 seconds...we all though he was Pele...unfortunately, so did he!  Grin

Just need some bloomin' excitement on the pitch...

John Barnwell described Efon Elad as "A fizzy bottle of pop" lets hope Perriera is not water more Kestral Super strength as he'll need it here.

Crikey Evers, he sounds like Paulo DiCanio on V1agra? If he plays like this reads this is going to be great!

I can't see him being 'wasted' at playing as a wing back.
Let's hope he is fit and plays the wing/cut inside striker and 20 goal answer to all of our problems. No pressure.
It does sound as though he will likely miss some games due to suspension, so he won't have many to bang those 20 in.

On the flip side...we have all seen enough to known that he may actually be totally dog sh*t for us.

Good luck and about time we had some genuine pace. It'll hopefully in the net before Rico labours his way to the penalty spot.

First cobblers player interview I've ever seen with an interpreter. He's hoping to be in the shop window and is dreaming of playing in the premier league....somebody needs to wake him up
Reminded me of this...

Berto is going to make the rest of our games very enjoyable. This is what I pay for. Looked like creating or scoring a goal every time he touched it. Legend in the making. I was wondering if he'd be better on the right than the left, and then he did that outrageous but of skill and put the game to bed. To be critical though, he shoukd have scored two! Love him already. Really hope he starts games. Turned the game when he came on, just by staying wide. It pulled their right back over, which created space between the centre backs for John Joe to operate in. Hoskins also got in the game more. Suddenly a congested midfield where our ball players couldn't string a pass together like all season became open and expansive allowing us to create opportunities.

I have to say the way Hilda turned and left his marker for dead had me shouting Olé leading up to the 3rd goal. Apart from the two shots that he was gifted when he first came on however, I thought he disappeared out of the game.  Still, he’s made his mark and if can conjure up more magic like that then I’ll forgive him the quiet spells....

I arrived at the conclusion by the way he stood parked on the touch line ; far away from direct involvement that he was acting under orders?
