Another 2pm kick-off this weekend for the visit of Southend United.

One in, two out so far. I wonder how many more changes will be made before Saturdays game?

We desperately need a win from this one and with Hilderberto running up and down the wing, surely this is possible.

Need to get a decent striker in before the game as well and I do agree this is a must win..

Hilda needs to start to freshen the team up.

I'm going 2-1 Cobbs..

Jimmy definitely gave the impression in his post match interview that the new players he was looking to bring in would likely start on the bench - I hope that's not the case and echo the wish for a new striker in time for Saturday.

Would love to see us start with Pereira and Powell this week. 2 out and out wingers, and both with pace to utilise.

Massive game and almost a must win for us to keep pace with those above given the tough run of fixtures to come. With a couple of new additions we should be a bit stronger at least

Got to happen, even if Berto can only last 45 mins.

It's a good time to play Southend. Phil Brown is under pressure, they have a few first team players out injured and looks like Chris Wilder is set to sign Ryan Leonard.

Any team predictions? I'd like to see:

Facey Ash Pierre Smith

     McWilliams JJOT

Berto Crooks/Grimes Powell

            Long

Going forward based on Jimmy's comments

              Ingram
      Facey Taylor Pierre
Perriera O'Toole Grimes Smith
      Crooks Long Powell

Finally WB's that work? Facey seems the perfect player to play on the right of the 3. Hopefully a better quality than Smith to come in.

Said all along...4-1 win, with or without Hilda Ogden and Kevin Spacey!

I'm not going!

I may have missed it but do we know if Pierre is likely to be fit?

We HAVE to win this game, no ifs or buts it really is a must win.
I like the idea of Powell and Berto on the wings but they need someone to to cross to JJ or Revell?

Wouldn't mind seeing the team you've picked get a run out, especially Grimes further forward but I don't think we'll see it. I reckon Jimmy will go (based on Pierre being a doubt)

Ingram

Maloney Poole Taylor Buchs

Grimes Crooks

Hilda JJOT Powell

Long

Jimmy made a big play of Buchs simply being rested and also of McWilliams apparently tiring. Not sure on Facey, interesting to see if Jimmy thinks he's first choice or has come in as back-up with Maloney and Phillips' injury records in mind.

McWilliams has got to start - he’s one of the first names on the team sheet for me now, surely he can’t be that tired?

I think you've got the team bang on there, let's see if the tinker man agrees

I completely agree with you. The team I put is a prediction of Jimmy's thoughts, I reckon he'll use the fact he took McWilliams off as an excuse to get him back on the bench - just my guess.

For me he should, he has the potential to be a half decent player that has come through our youth team and we should be doing all we can to give him the game time needed to fulfil that.

One of the few that actually look like they give a s*** when our backs are to the wall.

I like McWilliams but who would he replace? Grimes, Crooks or JJOT.
