Less than 50 in the lower as well.....
Find that hard to believe, I've been told that people point blank refuse to sit in the corners.

Similarly high profile game at around this exact time last season vs Coventry drew a slightly higher crowd so not sure the campaign was such a success but then again it only started earlier in the week I think. Perhaps with another 10 days or so it might have had a bigger effect?

Not sure how true that is, lots of Cov fans were in the home areas for that game. Only the guys in the ticket office would be able to compare Wed-Sat sales compared to usual Wed-Sat sales.

It's very true that there was a higher 'home' crowd for that game than there was yesterday. I'd also be very surprised if there were more than 60 Coventry fan in home areas.

What a bizarre person you are. Where have I "hated" on it?  In my original post I pointed out that the campaign only had a few days to work and that given more time it may have made a more noticeable difference

Yesterday, just after Xmas on a cold snowy day, we got 800 more home fans than our previous highest home attendance this season which was against our biggest local rivals. We also got over 1,000 more than our average home attendance for the season. I'll leave it up to others to decide if there was a noticeable difference or not, I suppose it will show whose glass is half empty and whose is half full.

Eh - clearly the new signings and recent performances would have a significant impact if you're comparing to the Posh game.

And there was me thinking they'd all come to see the return of Little Frank.

It doesn't matter whether it made a difference to the gate or not. It created some enthusiasm for the game and that has to be a good thing.

Yes, we've got each other and that's a lot for love, we'll give it a shot. I think we are only half way there though.

Loving this as I love Def Leppard, especially that “Crazy Crazy Nights”. Can we have some of that please?

Well done 78 by the way, and those who put the effort in to raise the gate.

Good work 78, any effort to increase club funds is a good thing in my opinion.
