Ok so now I make it 31 players that we have on the books (not including players out on loan) so simple question. If you wanted to go with your best starting XI and bench, who would you go with?
I'd go for O,Donnell, Facey, Taylor, Turnbull, Bunney, Crooks, Grimes, JJOT, Periera, Van Veen, Long in a 4-3-2-1.
Bench Cornell, Poole, Foley, Moloney, Mcwilliams, Ariyibi, Revell.

Revolutionary, if the ref allows 12 players this team looks useful.

I like the idea of starting crooks on the pitch and the bench.

It will distract the opposition so Periera can score.

Are there any easier games coming up that we could try this in ?

I'd go for a 442 against Rochdale with our best attacking players on the pitch, looking have lots of the ball and do some damage. Granted this probably would not be the best side (in terms of balance) against a better opposition, but with Rochdale struggling I'd like to see this team have a go. It would show us how we can look to play on the front foot next season and finish in the top half.
O'Donnell; Facey, Taylor, Turnbull, Bunney; Berto, O'Toole, Grimes, Ariyibi; Van Veen, Long.
