I don’t know what anyone else might think, but I wish our kit had a bit more white in. I noticed when Chris Long had white shin supports over his claret socks he seemed to stand out.

I like it as it is. I wasn't sure at first but it grew on me and is the first shirt I've bought in years!

Ummmm indeed, the sites obviously out of date with Pink as the away colours but putting home colour as Maroon is just wrong on so many levels.

Well of course he stood out - he was the only one in white shin supports

It's about time we had a sky-blue and chocolate away strip. It's a history thing!

I've been advocating a return to a white home kit for years. White shirt claret shorts. Class !!!
End of !!
Just reverse it for the away kit. Quite simple really.

Totally agree, used to love the white tops and claret shorts late seventies early eighties style. Would look great under the flloodlights as well.

You can't change the famous claret home shirts, its one of the most recognisable kits going. White shirts with or without the 2 claret bands and claret shorts for away, defiantly.

I'm with Beds on this. The white with bands a la Anfield is possibly the best kit ever. I'd have it as 1st strip everyday. It's not quite so good reversed.

Unless I'm reading things wrong I don't think you are with Beds. He wants Claret home and suggested the white with claret bands as an away shirt. I'm with Beds on that, Claret home shirts with some white detail gives us a pretty strong identity. I do join you in loving the white shirt with claret bands but I thought the one we wore at Anfield wasn't a great example of it, Collar was all wrong and it was a bit baggy in style.

I meant in loving the white with bands and emphasised by saying I'd even have that as home. Agree though, style and fit would need a modern twist but white is so much classier and imho an easier casual wear than claret.
