Been digging through the archives and found these. These are the winning % for the last few Managers we've had.

Hass 28.1%
Page 29.4%
JED 24.0%
Wilder 48.4%
Boothroyd 36.1%
GJ 20.6%
Stuart Gray 32.6%

Of course its early days but Hass is pretty average so far. I really hope he picks it up but unfortunately his winning % at QPR was only 27.7% so the signs don't look good.

It was 37% at Royal Antwerp and 61% at Burton, so you're picking and choosing the stats there to fit the story.

I'm not convinced either way at the moment either. Recruitment needs a minimum of 5 games to be judged properly, so now he's brought his team in it should become apparent soon. Tactially there are some obvious issues that we've gone through but the real test is whether he adapts to those mistakes or not, once again not enough time to judge whether that is something that can be changed.

That said, far more managers fail that succeed which is why clubs chew through them, so taking a bet it is going to end badly is a fairly safe bet.

Got to be careful with stats Doc. For example what squad and current form did JFH inherit compared to Page? It’s sometimes more complicated than just win ratios. Alternatively in the case of Rob Page, looking at the position of the side your playing in the league table shouldn’t necessarily be an argument for poor results. OMG what have I said?

Yes they can be Bradford lost its last 6 games and we're slipping out the Playoffs so McCall probably had to go.

I take your point but your only as good as your last game and in JFH's case your last team.

10 games from the last 5 since he's been able to start putting his own stamp onto the squad.

I've read a huge amount of over reactions since Saturday (not suggesting this thread is that!), Im keeping my powder dry until I see what happens at Wimbledon.

All Im interested in is his league record this season. W9, D6, L12. (bear in mind we lost the first 4 games of the season prior to his arrival).

Thats lower mid table form overall. Not bad considering the imbalanced squad he took over. And like I say, since he's been able to recruit its W3, D1, L1.

Thats not playing with stats to make a point either!
