It is a ridiculous argument to keep him because there is nobody else glaringly obvious to take over. Absolutely awful argument.
He is taking us down. Am I confident in him bringing us back up? No chance.
Get rid. Appoint someone up and coming, get someone with a decent style of football who doesn't mind us scoring goals.

Always a hard question to give a reply to Shadowstorm. Wilder was a surprise choice and was one of DCs better choices, but not many fans would have suggested him. Kevin Wilkin would be a good shout. My main question is can the supporters trust KT to get it right ?? He doesn't seem to have much luck at it so maybe the supporters can do better.
Must admit I'm not confident.

One thing is for sure the way I see it if we do go down only auto promotion will do, Can't see the Chinese owner happy with anything else, after all there deal relys on NTFC being successful to generate good PR in China and surround area.
Does it? I can't imagine the form of NTFC is creating too many waves in China. We have no idea what the motivation of the investers might be but if they are able to excert any kind of influence at the club and form was a priority for them surely we'd have replaced the manager by now?

Well said Razor. China “and surrounding area” - ffs what are people on? Do people think that Shanghai airport is festooned in claret and you get checked in by Clarence?

My dear Razor did you not pay attention to KT when he has been speaking to the media about why 5USport came in. They are a education based business. They want to improve sports based education in the china. To do this they needed NTFC to improve it global profile in China, hence the PR comment. Therefore relegation not good for that. Your right we dont know exactly ther motivations which is why there has been no sacking, all im saying is reading between the lines is PR of this club is important.

When are some of you going to let the penny drop on 5USport?
Go and take a look at the shareholding for NTVentures on the Companies House website, consider the reality behind the charge over Ventures' shares in NTFC and maybe, just maybe, some of you will understand that they are not the controlling owners. The club is owned by David Bower the man with the money and fronted by KT and together with their managerial appointments they look like taking us back to the the football basement.

Calm and calm is required......
Before we all jump to conclusions and fates, let's just look at what the Football Manager has to "Manage"....
He is no longer the man with the stop-watch, checking how quickly players run. He doesn't keep charts of what players eat, or, what weights they lift. He doesn't analyse players to infinite depth in terms of their performance in training, their fitness or what they do second by second in a match. He doesn't scout. He doesn't watch the opposition.
What he does do, is recruit, direct and manage all the "back-room" staff that do all that for him. He sets objectives for training and tactical awareness. He assesses the scouting reports on the opposition, and determines the tactical training required for the next game. He gets his fitness and Medical team to assess each player's likelihood to be available for the next game, ad for how long they may last in a given role.
He then has to report to his Board on the targets set for him, which of course he will negotiate in advance, based on the facts presented to him by his team. He lives and dies by that interaction.
He is, in effect, a Project Manager. Just like those Project Managers responsible for a new village by-passroad.... for a new warship..... for a new computer system. And, just like those, it is not his ability to do any of the specific jobs of the minions, but, his ability to get the supervisors to get their teams to perform miracles that sets him apart.
Of course, behind the scenes, there has to be a master plan. The "Manager" builds and manages that plan, and makes sure that it is communicated in the right way; that those responsible for activities and tasks within it understand their roles, are competent to perform them, and report back their progress as required.
So, which part of that lot is being messed up?
If someone new comes in, how quickly can they get all the parts to jump to a different tune?
I say stick with the man that most were really happy with on his appointment. There are too many unknown variables behind the scenes for us monochrome fans to absorb.
Patience is a virtue.....
Big love & kisses

I went for option three. I think that in life you should take your medicine, learn and improve. At the moment I would say there is an 80% chance we will be relegated. That still gives us a 20% chance of staying up. If Jimmy does take us down he should be given the chance to make good.

Give it a rest . Most people were happy with the JFH appointment and he has had money to spend . It’s not a board issue -it’s down to playing staff . Get real
