I saw Ben Cohen on his mobile walking up Bridge Street on Friday morning.

How did you do that, had you nicked his mobile?

Sorry this is late but I saw Graeme Sharp and Mrs in the departure lounge at St Pancras International beginning of August. Had a couple of LFC fans with me at the time so didn't get to say hello.

The face of Anglia TV Sport Kevin Piper in The Lawyer pub in Norwich this evening. I asked him to mention The Cobblers more in his reports. He said he felt bad for us last season as we fell away from the play off places. I informed him him that this was because Bayo was injured for the last few games and we couldn[t score. He asked if I go to many games and I replied that I don't since I moved to Norfolk but did so when I lived in London. He seemed surprised that we are playing at Anfield next Wednesday. I think this is a fair reflection of our conversation tonight. I do regret however not asking him as to what happened to Gerry Harrison. I thank you.

According to Wikipedia Gerry Harrison hasn't done anything since 2007, past the 65 year old mark so maybe retired but I think I've heard his dulcit tones on Eurosport matches.

Just been informed that Sir Michael Caine is doing some book signings in London & Birmingham in the next couple of weeks Smiley

Caine is my hero, I've got over 100 of his films on DVD & many books about him & to date I've never met him so this is my one chance to meet my hero  Grin

Now that's what I call getting there early.

Or did you make a mistake about which day the match is on?

Harry Enfield in Liverpool this evening.

Well, actually, to be truthful, it probably wasn't him, just someone who looked like one of his old characters.

Apologies if anyone is offended by this.

I dropped into the Ranleigh Arms in Wellingborough on Saturday night and had the pleasure of spending an hour or so with Tim Witherspoon. How random is that? ! Top bloke as well, pub was dead so our group had plenty of time with him. He reckons he's coming to my wedding next year in New York!  Grin
