I also like the way he speaks to each player coming on and off the pitch, similar to Pep.

If he manages to keep us up he should be given a go, people are calling for someone a bit left field and not one of the usual gang that keep getting jobs. I'm not getting carried away as there is still a lot to do but the players seem to have responded to him which can only be a good thing... Time will tell I guess |
