The new manager , Dean Austin will soon weed out anyone that isn’t committed though and this will become evident soon I would think .
so naming Austin as being confirmed as manager is okay, but not which players have a clause that may or may not be taken isnt? |

I cannot understand when a regular contributor posts "inside" information on here they are invariably subject to a wave of caustic comments and demands to spill the beans. The concept of confidentiality is not a difficult one to understand or is it people just enjoy the opportunity to have a pop?

As I have said on another thread , a number of players either have clauses that release them or have simply said they will not play in division 2.

Why are people demanding names? This is just a generic statement anyone could have said. Would anyone really be shocked if players want to move back to the level they joined Northampton to play after receiving a pay reduction? |

If they can find clubs at that level, relegation doesn't always look good on a players CV. |

Thanks for your support Knocking. Some things are confidential and others are not . DA’s appointment is not confidential, it’s just that it hasn’t been announced . The reason for the delay is not complicated and is understandable . Criticise me if you like but the decision was made on Tuesday morning . |

This is correct . JB will carry on where he left off which I would imagine suits all parties because JB has other business interests . |
