Wow.
Wonderful result of course but that was atrocious in my eyes. I don't think I've ever seen a team park the bus so deep in my lifetime, yet Bury still had all the time and space in the world. Very lucky to get three points.
I though McWilliams was superb running with the ball; should be playing wide.
IMO I thought that McWilliams was not very good at all and should have been subbed a lot earlier... Likewise Bridge.

I thought he looked lost at times in the middle, read the game poorly and was wild in the tackle (again) but as I say when given time to run with the ball he looked a danger for me. I'd like to see him wide, either on the left to cut in or the right attacking the full back. Bridge beat the full back in a dangerous position and drew a foul which Hoskins has not done all season down the right and had me very excited for a few minutes, but yeah he was poor!

Yes it wasn't Barcelona but we stuck in there. They had a lot of time and space but didn't do anything. Their second goal was a howler from Taylor I think he passed it straight to him. Other than that ROD hardly had to do anything. The pitch looked like it had been bombed in Syria. Also credit to the ref today he was good and the 437 that traveled were loud.

For goodness sake Doc we are NOT going down you heard it here 1st (I damn well hope that does not come back to haunt me)

Nothing wrong with parking the bus, it worked too.

Nice to get a win but we look awful . At least DA is playing lads that show some spirit though . I notice he praises those that have been selected in the match day squad for attitude and effort but excludes those that are not . I doubt we have anywhere near enough to stay up .

I wish it wasn’t the case , but I only deal in realism and what I see in front of me

We’re all abundantly aware of your thoughts on our survival bid and many of us probably share those views but there is a time and place and after our first win in 2 months which gives us the faintest glimmer of hope is not it.

Look at it this way, if Wimbledon win one of their four they're out of it. Walsall, a win and a draw in four and they're out of it. If Oldham get two wins from their five they're out of it.
If Walsall lose at Sc***horpe, we win against Plymouth, then beat Walsall the following week then things may look prettier, but I just can't see it happening. Nice to listen to some fight for a change.
When was the last time a team were relegated on 52 points, does anyone know? I really can’t see us getting 9 points but if we did and still went down we’d be incredibly unlucky

Torquay went down with 51 in 04/5 season, same as Bristol in 01/02.

Its a League, whoever gets fewer points goes down. In other words, over the season the four worst teams go down. Luck doesn't come into it.
