Still a cross representative of the fanbase though, isn't it? It isn't weighted towards over 65s or season ticket holders only or males or anything like that

I will show my hand......

.....  Yes, I believe that the current crew at the top are doing a good job, although I voted that they need to show more transparency.

But, what we have is the reality of today's World.  Private individuals have put in their own money to the club - of course for long term reward.  That is Capitalism.

So, as the man who needs to make that money earn that return, our Chairman is between a rock and a hard place.  He will be being blasted by the money men in ways that the rest of us can not imagine.  Believe me, when you face up to money men and tell them they have to wait a bit longer for their return, you need substantial protection for your mind, body, soul, family, possessions and living space.  It is easier to live in Douma than to tell a finacier that you aren't ready to deliver his ROI.  Have a look at people trying out the "Paqui One Chip Challenge" on Youtube to see what it is like to give bad news to an investor.

There is no other option in the market-place than someone who thinks they can milk more out of the club than our current owners.  And, I'm not sure we really want to go there (again).

Big love.

Isn't it a lot more than the percentages used for election/TV polls?

yep, kicked up the arse by the money men and kicked in the bollocks by supporters. A council that blames you for the construction issues, 3 underperforming managers in a row and players that despite being on a kings ransom refuse to take their hands out of their shorts and run about a bit. Sherpa Tensing couldn’t climb this mountain of sh1t. Is there anything we can pile on the top? Oh yes, relegation? And people reckon investors will be queuing up to jump aboard? I can’t stop p1ssing myself.

The General Election polls, etc, are based on sample sizes of around 1,000.  Statistical tricks made their extrapolations surprisingly accurate (in the past).  Unfortunately, the curve-ball of digital communication & the psychological manipulation of social media has completely thrown traditional predictive analysis over the last few years.......

Thomas and co could walk tomorrow and we would see for the first time ever if a consortium of sorts who could build up our club and infrastructure are out there.
Im certain we would be a great acquisition for those with an interest to own and build a club.
I live in hope😂

Hope?.......................delusional !

Nobody (apart from the Council) has come forward to develop NTFC in the 50+ years I have been supporting the Cobblers, so why now?

Hell of a gamble though isn’t it? - & as I was taught early in business life “hope is not a strategy you can take to the bank” - but no doubt if KT walked and there was no one you would simply blame him for leaving it in a mess.

one day we will be for sale on an open market as a going concern and not wracked in debt.
This latest lot are short term and not at all interested in the clubs growth.
Couldn't they just sell the club and keep the council land as we are very unlikely to benefit due to their insistance that building up the club is not financially viable?
All we need is the old running track and they can fill their boots with everything else thus allowing our club an oppertunity to seek investment and or a supporters run club.
How nice it would be not  having to listen to constant belittling and squabbling with the council like these past 20 years.

I haven’t got a few million sloshing around to play with so it doesn’t matter what I think.

Are you seriously saying that SISU > our current board?

You do know that Wasps own the Ricoh, and Cov are purely tenants, earning little/none of the income generated from hosting games there?

Not to mention constantly having to renegotiate their terms for remaining as a tenant.

SISU are a blight on football ownership and despite many grumblings about KT they cannot be compared.

Coventry have one more year at the Ricoh and then Wasps want them out. The reason they're in the play-offs, is in part, due to the players coming through the academy. Local businesses invest/ sponsor their academy which gives them Cat 2 status. NTFC is Cat 3. Cat 2 is higher which means they have games against better teams, which improves their chances of producing better players.
