1400 Argyle in the away section, some talk of them coming into home areas! Also think they are beaming game back to their Barn at Home Park (as they did for Oxford Utd game, where allocated 1800).
Also (Barton noteing comparative travel prices for Posh) they are bringing a 'Senior' coach...£34 Inc breakfast!
They sold their 1400 allocation 10 days before the game......and with their London area fan club I'd think that one or two could turn up on the day and try and infiltrate the home areas!

Looking at the latest interview with Austin on the chron site it says that the players aren’t due to return to training until Thursday - is that normal for this point in the season or should they be in working on fitness/shape for a crucial match? Looking at Saturday I appreciate we’ve got a poor record against Plymouth but a crumb of comfort might be that they are not great on the road - they’ve lost as many as they’ve won. One things for sure we are going to have to be clinical as/when we get a chance and not wasteful like we’ve been so often this season.

This is going to be a very interesting day for Caroline Densley...can she stay professional? I've found it hugely irritating to hear (the whole team to be fair) them highlighting Plymouth's results to Caroline on the radio and hearing little cheers from her now and again. Fair enough if you're in different leagues but being in the same division it's just uncomfortable.

I hope the Deanmeister can install some self belief into the players. I did notice last game he kept them in the changing room at HT for a while.

London...they have some chancer coming over from California and another who lives in Northampton! Plus another who lives in Wooton Fields who's bringing his Father-in-Law (who has recently moved from South Africa to Northampton) to his first ever football match...

7,000 plus expected. They've sold out and are beaming the game live back at Home Park. The last chance saloon is slightly ajar for us after getting my head around the inevitable I have started to believe again. They have their influential striker Taylor out injured. A bit of good fortune for us. We look terribly lightweight up top as per. An edgy 1-0 win it could be.

This really has the feel of a season within a season doesn’t it? I can’t believe this is not being transmitted to the players? Every game vital to both sides, raises the pulse doesn’t it?

I hope Crooks is fit for this game - I think he is our best player and we need someone to get around the pitch. Sadly , a hamstring injury suggests he is not .

We do seem to come out the traps well and lets hope we get an early goal. As far as I'm concerned we can park the bus after that, none of that defending a high line shyte.

The problem with our team is we have so little character or confidence that if we go a goal behind then we are beaten, and to be honest I think that applies to both on the pitch and in the stands at the moment.
If we can get our noses in front then the confidence boost from last week's win might mean we can get a result today, but I fear an early goal the other way will see us collapse.
