The Trust are inviting Cobblers fans to have a little fun during the forthcoming season - by entering a Football prediction quiz.
Entry forms can be purchased at just £2 - the winner will scoop half of the total pot, the other half will go to Trust funds.
Trust vice chairman Roger Averill will have entry forms with him at the Open Forum on Wednesday and in Carr's Bar before and after the games with Lincoln & Cambridge .
Alternatively, you can email Roger at roger.averill1@btinternet.com for further information on how to enter.
The closing date for entries is 31st August. So come in and join in a little gentle competition during the season. And good luck!

The last week for accepting entries in the Prediction Quiz. You've still got time to enter, drop me an email and I'll send you a sheet, you can pay using paypal or give me the cash at the Tranmere game. Only £2, 50% of the take goes to the Trust and the other 50% is prize money, usually over £100.
There's nothing on the telly so this will save you getting bored  Smiley

This seasons first prize will be £80 with £35 for the runner up. In event of a tie the prize money will be added together and divided by the number of winners.
Sorry I can't accept anyone wanting to change NTFC as one of the League 2 teams to win promotion !!

Only one person had the Croatia - England score as 0-0 ! The early leader is Paul Eason with 72 points, followed by David Hales and Terry Milligan on 67, David Rust on 62 and Dave Field with 61 points. Still a long way to go  Smiley

Only one person got Jokanovic as the first Premier manager to be sacked and that was David Rust from Earls Barton who hits the front with 82 points. In second place is a previous winner, Terry Milligan of Mojacar in Spain, with 77 points, Stuart Taylor with 73, Phil Andrews with 71 and Melvyn Johnson with 70 points.
    But it's a marathon not a sprint.

Terry Milligan has hit the front with 66 points but Brexit might change that  Smiley After that comes David Rust with 62 points, Dave Upton with 60, Phil Andrews and Peter Gunn with 59 and Stuart Taylor with 58 points.
Could be some changes if Liverpool and Tottenham go out of the Champions League though.

With just the FA Cup and Champions League to be decided there are 3 people in the running for the cash. If Man City win the FA Cup, previous winner Jonny Meek will win the first prize, and a possible ban to give the rest of us a chance  Grin , and Phil Perkins of Bozeat will be the runner up. All of us who know Phil will never hear the end of this !
If City lose the FA Cup Final then Phil will win the first prize and Cheryl Byrne, from Duston, will be the runner up
