Confirmed teams in L2 next season:
MK Dons Stevenage Cambridge Swindon Mansfield Cheltenham Forest Green Port Vale Crewe Macclesfield Crawley Colchester Newport Grimsby Oldham Bury Tranmere Yeovil Morecambe Carlisle Notts County Lincoln Exeter
A real lack of London based teams which is very disappointing. The most uninspiring fixtures for a long time.

Cambridge 65 miles away? It never used to be😂 Are some of those in kilometres? Luton is less 38 miles and Stevenage is 10 mes from there so 60 miles to Stevenage is a bit stretched.
We usually have the least miles to travel than any club, probably will be this season as its quite centric.

These from your house? Stevenage under 50 and Cambridge closer to 50 than 60.

Ok distance taken out as I've had a right mare with it!

That's a relief, I wondered what the above posts were about!

Half of the teams within a 90 minutes drive, so not too bad.

That's not the worst set of teams I've seen. Almost half close enough distance wise to tempt an away day. Could do with Exeter going up and keep Notts, Cov and Lincoln down. It looks a strong division though so won't be easy. I'd be expecting all 3 of the failed play off sides to be challenging and the other 3 relegated sides. The likes of Swindon and Mansfield will be up there. One of the promoted sides do well although I'm not sure this time around. My wife's father lives near Crewe/Port Vale and Her sister near Tranmere and I have a mate who has just moved to Cumbria so Carlisle is another weekend possibility. It could be worse.

I'm not far from Bangkok if that helps?
If anyone fancies dropping in for a pre match beer, you're more than welcome.

Quite a number of games closer to me in the south west, so a small silver lining to going down.

Cambridge, Colchester, Crawley and Stevenage are easy for me to get to. Not really a small silver lining.

Don't wish to be confrontational but, I find it a tad ridiculous that so many of you base a whole criteria of an away day simply on the distance from your house!!!
For the record; Exeter and Carlisle are both great days/weekends. In contrast, Lincoln and Coventry could quite easily prove to be dodgy!

There's some decent teams there. I predict mid table then possibly playoffs the following season.

For goodness sake Doc we are NOT going down you heard it here 1st (I damn well hope that does not come back to haunt me)

I love a long away day, but my circumstances and finances are such that I can't drop everything and spend 16 hours out at the football. Home games are also a 160 mile round trip so Cambridge, Colchester and games in and around London are easier and shorter trips from deepest darkest Suffolk and are more doable for me.

Just get on it early and its quite easy to forget where the hell you have travelled to to watch the cobblers. Tranmere and Crawley are the onlys new grounds for me.

Quite happy with a lot of these in terms of away fixtures. Still not got round to going to Cambridge or Swindon which are both new grounds for me and relatively local.
Probably make a weekend of it for Forest Green and Tranmere fixtures happily enough (again, both grounds I haven't ticked off yet).
Hoping Lincoln and Notts County both stay down.
