The shirt looks better in person than when I first saw it - after the horrors of the away shirt I'm just happy it's decent enough.

Re:Morias - he's definitely built well enough to cause plenty of problems for defenders - seems a decent bloke too.

home kit looks good with the white shorts and socks accentuating the plain claret top.

Good point - all of the players frozen out from the Spain trip aren’t here. For some reason Morias didn’t take part in the training match. Goff looks a proper unit unlike all of the other youth graduates - having said that he is a couple of years ahead of them. Roberts in particularly looks too frail at the moment for first team football.

Joe I was there. Picture of him outside the ground. Don't know if he took part in training though.

Even if it is a Nike template one, the home shirt is very nice.

And after finding the away one an abomination on first sight, it actually looks better when they ditch the red shorts and socks and go all yellow.

So basically if you get rid of all traces of red the kit is ok.  Grin

Totally agree with this - surely it wouldn’t take much for the club to just revert to the yellow shorts? Didn’t we have an all yellow away kit in 86-87?

Way too Oxford for me. What was wrong with the white shirts and claret shorts?

On the topic of kits, what's that silly little squiggle next to the player's name all about? All the teams seem to have them this year.

I think they should have gone for white with two claret bands across the chest.  Grin
