One difference will be that they will be alowed to redevelope and improve the facility because the council down there is not so far up its' own a***.

Well iam glad that West Ham have got the ground & not Spurs who would have been moving out of their own Borough in to a rivals & then would have knocked the thing down now that would have been a waste of money at least West Ham are going to keep it use what it was built for,the stadium has'nt been funded just by the tax payers but allso the lottery it is no difference what our own local council did for us in 1994 with Sixfields allso Leyton Orient were offered the chance to use the stadium but turned it down.1 last point why do think the olympics will be a disaster?
