Foley played very well again, but Cornell for me, both for his saves and excellent kicking and defending as sweeper. Wasn't convinced by him last year but he's getting better all the time.

Bridge and Cornell had very good games.

Ref- Bell end.

Foley was immense, and Bridge/Hoskins did well too.
But Cornell was excellent as a sweeper keeper, positive throughout and gets my vote.

Cornell and Foley both did well today but Bridge for me, actually has a bit of composure in the final third. On top of that battled well and his touch was excellent.

Foley outstanding, does so many simple things well (Crooks should take note sometimes).
Cornell close second, commanding his area, and even some decent distribution.

Hoskins for me, most of our threatening play came through him on the wings. Their left back gave him a challenge but the pace of Hoskins proved to win out.
Cornell would be 2nd.

Foley for the second week running.
Special mention to the improving Cornell.....wasn’t his greatest fan , but he might just win me over.

I would've probably given it to foley if he hadn't have missed that absolute sitter - I'll go for Cornell who was superb as the sweeper keeper and make a great point blank stop in the first half.

I thought Bridge was very good, Cornell excellent as a modern sweeper keeper but, and I didn't think I would ever say this, and lots on here will think I am mad, but I go for Hoskins for his constant effort and threat.

I hear what you’re saying re Hoskins, everyone is desperate for him to improve the final ball/shot......if he does, he won’t be with us for long.

Hoskins for me too. Our most lively player, always wanting the ball and not afraid to take on his man.
