We have now played 10 games this season, and our record is W1 D3 L6. We are 20th in the table.
What is your opinion of manager Dean Austin's position at this juncture? Is he mostly to blame for the lack of success? Or does the blame lie largely with other people or other factors?

Whatever the problems are it doesn’t seem the job for a manager with limited experience, he doesn’t seem capable of working out and changing things to win games. He seems to have one idea and is just going to go with that and hope that things will just get better.

Can you add an option of keeping him in place but getting a No. 2 in who can get nasty with the players and give them the rocket they need.

Went for option A. Players to shoulder most of the blame.

Hopelessly out of his depth as a manager. Sack him now. Let's be honest, it's only a matter of time.

If you vote A are you accepting defeat as the players aren’t going anywhere and Austin doesn’t seem do show any desire in changing anything?

I thought that was why he brought Todd in - seems to have made a massive difference with the defending.

I agree, we only have one way of playing with no means of mixing it up. When plan a fails plan b is non-existent, his substitutions are always questionable

Not making excuses for him, but we have been unlucky with injuries thus far, McWilliams, Facey and Morias all big game players have missed/missing dozens of games between then. That's probably cost us 9 points, enough for a play-off position. Such are the tight margins between success and failure.

Does that apply to building a football stand?
