The right decision, but I feel for the guy on a human level.
Unlike previous incumbents, there was very little ego or arrogance about the guy and he seemed to genuinely care about the club and its support.

Agreed, the right decision but I'm still surprised - I hope the players have a good hard look at themselves but I suspect it won't bother them. It'll be interesting to hear what comes out of the club tomorrow as it either means that a takeover might be closer than we think or that KT is hanging around. I wonder if we'll go with a caretaker until a takeover (hopefully Brady). One big concern will be if KT is in position to appoint another manager as the last 4 haven't been much cop.

Totally correct decision, but I do feel for deano he is a decent bloke underneath it all and it was always gonna be a tall order as a first job in management. Bowyer too for me. Maybe that takeover is close or gas happend too??

No wonder the club is a mess at the moment, everything about the place is toxic.
Yes sack the manger but it's a cop out he was far less to blame than all of the players and the owner.
