FA Cup time again and a visit to Lincoln City with their 'wall of noise'  Shocked

A few injured players coming back soon and with the youngsters impressing recently there could be a few difficult decisions for KC in the coming weeks.

Lincoln are top but we should have beaten them back in August and they didn't really impress me. We can do this, do we all agree?

My one abiding memory of Lincoln away, was some chav, walking alongside our coaches, in the slow exit from the ground, arms outstretched and looking at us. As the coaches finally picked up speed, so did he. Straight into a lampost. Cue much laughter from those onboard. And no sympathy whatsoever.  Grin

I hope we put out a full first team against Lincoln and take the cup seriously .
There’s no reason to think we won’t because Curle wants to keep the winning spirit going .
We don’t have much to cheer about as supporters of a lower leave club and an FA Cup run is something to look forward to .

That's my abiding memory of Lincoln fans as well!!! I'm so glad someone else remembers it.

Must have been more than 15 years ago but I still think of it every time we play them Grin Grin Grin

I remember this too. Was after the game where Pedji scored a screamer first game of the season.

Haha you remembered the quote ..

You must be favourites on form  and at 15/4 odds on Bet 365 I am tempted as that is too long
...not sure the whole 'wall' will be bothered if only a sprinkling of away fans and cancelled the proposed full stand Remembrance display by 617 ...feels like neither side fully up for it ..teams or fans ..

Have a good trip those braving the chavs, knuckledraggers and other ridiculous ideas you have of our fans from days of yore...we have the highest % of female supporters in the EFL and times have changed under the Cowleys beyond recognition ...hide at home if you are so worried but there really is no need :-) Square Sail on the Brayford Marina is away friendly and cheap ..with food available...the food/beer/banter in Fanzone at the ground is decent but food inside the ground it is as bad as yours !

Is there a river running nearby where strangers sometimes paddle past in a canoe?

Will Lincoln be concentrating on the league?

I would have gone to this game but will be taking my father-in-law to Forest for his 80th birthday.

That’s bad luck; so no utilities. Sort of Frontier Man, Davy Crockett?

Went up to buy tickets yesterday pm only to find Lincoln had asked for them to be taken off sale at 12 noon.
Pay on the gate anyway......we’d sold approx 450 in advance.

By a strange quirk of fate I'll be in Lincolnshire this afternoon, having arranged a weekend away with friends prior to the draw. Unfortunately football is not on the agenda.
